Saja nk share ngan ampa,lately ni i always came across IG yg share about tips2 of losing weight..tp yg depa cerita sama ja.. menu,exercise,portion mkn.. tu ja..
Tkdak sapa pulak cerita pasai apa hg tk kuruih2 walau dh buat regular exercise,mkn pon jaga tp 100gram nk turun pon payah walau dh jaga kt setahun tp sama jugak..
Especially pompuan.. mesti ada kan?? Betoi dak??
And it seems like no one answered the question.. atau jwpan sama jugak,depa suruh exercise jaga mkn atau dok suruh detox sampai kena buasir..
Ni cheq nk bgi free tips kt ampa,if u plan to start a diet plan for weight loss,benda first kena buat,go for medical check up!
Check hormone level! This is very important.. because klu ampa ada masalah hormone,hg mkn pi lah sebiji nasik sehari,exercise sampai tercabut kepala lutut,mmg tk kuruih lah!!
Pi buat tu dulu.. nanti cheq share mcm mana nk kuruih lepaih beranak.. walau umoq dh lanjut kertu.. let me share benda yg selalu jd tp guru2 diet ampa ni tk cerita pon..
